Emaar Misr is the Egyptian subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar Properties. It develops large residential and mixed-use communities, including Uptown Cairo, Mivida in New Cairo, Cairo Gate on the Cairo–Alexandria desert road and the Marassi resort on the North Coast.
The company sells most units off-plan and has a strong balance sheet compared with many local developers.
