About TMG
Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is one of Egypt's largest real-estate developers. It is best known for large integrated communities on the edge of Cairo, including Al Rehab and Madinaty, and more recently Noor City in the New Capital area.
Beyond housing, the group owns and operates hotels, including properties run under the Four Seasons brand in Cairo, Alexandria and Sharm El-Sheikh, and it has expanded into projects elsewhere in the region.
TMG's shares are among the most traded on the Egyptian Exchange. Its results are sensitive to demand for property as a store of value, which tends to rise when inflation is high and the pound is under pressure, and to the cost and availability of mortgage and instalment finance.
