About Heliopolis Housing

Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is one of Egypt's oldest property companies, historically linked to the development of the Heliopolis district of Cairo. It is state-owned and has a large land bank in east Cairo, including the New Heliopolis area.

Much of the investment case rests on the value of that land and on how the company chooses to develop it, including through partnerships with private developers.

Government decisions on the company's strategy, including any plans to bring in strategic partners, are an important factor for the share price.
